Class Descriptions: 

Silver Sneakers: Designed for Absolute beginners, Seniors, & those with limited mobility. A 45 Minute Class set to a slower pace focusing on  lite cardio exercise, and functional strength training. (Beginner to Intermediate)
Pilates/Yoga: Relax your mind and body with a full hour of  gentle relaxation, stretching, and core strength training.( All Levels)
Tai Chi: Moving meditation for centering, relaxation, balance and well being. 45 min.(All Levels)
ZUMBA:  Latin dance movement. FUN & FITNESS, Come join the party!( All Levels)
Cardio Sculpt.: An upbeat cardio and muscle strengthening class like no other.  Step aerobics, Cardio Kickboxing and Lite Aerobics may be incorporated. ( All Levels)
SPIN:  A Heart pumping, fat burning,bike ride leading you through valleys and mountains of and intense interval workout.   (All Levels)
Step Express:  45 minutes of a cardio focused workout using the STEP.  ( All Levels)
Boot Camp:  Calisthenics, Muscle strengthening, Core Focused!  FALL IN! (All Levels)
STRONG MAN!  Real Weights! Real Sweat! Real Hard!  Functional Training for the more advanced athlete.

INTERVENTION High Intensity Toning!! (additional fee) 4X per week in 4 week increments.
